Treatment of gastric reflux (GERD - Gastroesophageal reflux disease)
Treatment of acid reflux with drugs results in symptom relief. Why? Because acid reflux medications are alkaline in nature. What's behind it? In the stomach, HCl is a strong acid with a very low pH (1-2.5). After introducing an alkaline substance, the symptoms of a burning throat will be alleviated, but this is only temporary as acid reflux will not be treated in this way. So what needs to be done to treat acid reflux? The digestive system should be acidified. How to do it? My way is to drink vinegar in a glass of water in the proportion of 2 sips of vinegar per glass of water. You should drink this mixture before each meal. The problem should not be underestimated or worsened, so eating fat-rich foods is not recommended during the treatment. The reflux should be less and less symptomatic with each passing day. I used these methods on my relatives with satisfactory results.
