Sugar problem of the 21st century? Obesity and health problems?

Loose talk about carbohydrates. What are they and what do we need them for? What are they used in the body? Can you get sick by them? So this is a river theme. For most of us, carbohydrates are one of the most important energy resources. I say for the most part because people on a ketogenic diet do not consume any carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates, or polysaccharides, are large molecules consisting of many sugar units. Starches (polymers of glucose) are the most abundant polysaccharides in the diet and occur in many foods, including cereal grains, legumes, and potatoes. Glucose, fructose, and galactose are produced during the digestion of the carbohydrate mixture found in the usual diet. After absorbtion, fructose and galactose are converted in the liver to glucose, the blood sugar. Although liver and muscles can store excess glucose as glycogen (animal starch), small amounts of glycogen remain in muscle meats after slaughter. Consequently, practically all dietary carbohydrates come from plant sources, except for lactose, which comes from milk.. Excess carbohydrate consumption leads to obesity and to atherosclerotic lesions. You will ask how to atherosclerosis? Because almost all the fat in our body comes from the breakdown and conversion of carbohydrates. Fat consumed with food does not build up in our body. So if you consume most of the carbohydrates a day, you are creating fat in your body. Here is the key to losing weight. Why can't you lose weight while you exercise? Precisely because you eat too much carbohydrate. If you want to lose weight quickly, read within 3-4 weeks, go on a ketogenic diet, but you have to gradually follow it, i.e. you lower the amount of sugar consumed each day until you reach the level of several to several grams per day. But if you don't want to change your eating habits, reduce sugar to a minimum. Do not sweeten tea, coffee, do not drink sugary drinks, do not eat too many flour products, etc. After a while, even without exercise, you will lose weight. But if you add exercise to these restrictions, your results will definitely improve and your metabolism will burn off the excess fat in your body even faster. The last question is whether you can get sick from sugars? Of course, that's the case, that's why you should dose the amount of sugar consumed wisely to prevent disease.
